It really depends on what you are looking for. Are you PCSing there as a permanent party or just for school? There are good apartment complex in Prince George and Petersburg (near ALU) if you’re looking for something that will lease for 4-6 months while attending BOLC or CLC3. Some people will opt to drive further up to Richmond, but it really boils down to your priorities. I will suggest to look through AHRN.com, it has rental, shared accommodations, and for sale houses in any military installations.
